Mediterranea Bio Seitan is a high-protein food made from wheat gluten. It is handcrafted with superior quality organic Manitoba flour that is processed in water and separated from starch to obtain gluten, then cooked in a tasty vegetable broth with long-fermented tamari and ginger. Handmade according to a recipe perfected over more than 25 years, it is then cut and finished piece by piece for a truly unique elasticity and softness.

Mediterranea Bio Tempeh is a food of Indonesian origin obtained from soy beans that, after being cooked, undergo a slow fermentation, given by the addition of a starter called rhizopus oligosporus. Like many other fermented foods, tempeh is rich in properties. Its high content of dietary fiber and protein make it a valuable food rich in beneficial characteristics for a balanced diet.
