I am a professional management consultant. In 2008 I cofounded GCP which operates in Northern and Central Italy as a leading management consulting company in Business Development and Lean Transformation. GCP trains and support small and medium companies in entering European and world trade markets. I have always been attracted by nature and sustainability, and I believe that in our today world a strong organic revolution is necessary and achievable. For this, I started developing green transformation methodologies for small and medium companies. I am pleased to cooperate with organic companies and operators of the European Union and contribute to their growth and a more sustainable future.

Antje Krueger
I have a Law degree, and in the past few years I decided to adopt a healthy and bio lifestyle. Furthermore, being German and having spent my life between Germany and Northern Italy, I can act as a bridge between these two geographical areas and help German and Austrian organic operators to get closer to Italian organic products.

Melissa Guiducci
I got a bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages and Cultures and a master's degree in Modern Languages and Interculturalities at the Carlo Bo University of Urbino. I collaborate with the GCP Marche Business Development Area, and I help small and medium companies internationalizing themselves in foreign trade markets, in particular in the German and Austrian one. Since I love organic products and the German language, I joined the Bio2Be project to support German and Austrian organic operators discovering our Italian bio products.
