Mediterranea Bio Veg was founded in 1993, and is one of the first companies in Italy to deal with the production of organic protein foods of plant origin such as TOFU, TEMPEH and SEITAN. 

The company started in a pioneering way, with a small family-run production line.

The love for artisanal preparation and the high quality of the products offered have allowed a path of continuous growth, up to now becoming a well-established company in the organic trade.
